Edge Chromium Linux

  • Updated on 16/01/20

After Internet Explorer and Edge, Microsoft presents Edge Chromium. It is the first cross-platform browser from Microsoft based on Chromium which is none other than the open source browser used to develop Chrome. Now, Edge and Chrome have a common DNA, but that doesn’t mean that they are identical.

Edge Chromium is promising, offering a more satisfying user experience than the first Edge in Windows 10. Now cross-platform, Edge can be installed on macOS and on versions of Windows prior to Windows 10. By the way, a Linux version is in the drawers.

Edge Chromium is comprehensive and offers many features to better protect yourself online, including anti-tracking, blocking potentially unwanted software and customizable settings.

Microsoft has not yet announced the release date of the Linux version of its new flagship browser. Logitheque will offer you to download it as soon as it is put online by the American publisher.
