After Disney+, AppleTV+, FreeDive and Plex, here is a new player in the world of SVOD. Peacock TV is a platform developed by NBCUniversal, a subsidiary of the giant Comcast.
Peacock, which will be officially launched in the United States on July 15, 2020, is available in three versions: one free and two paid.
Peacock Free, the free subscription video-on-demand service, will offer a minimum of 7500 hours of programming and advertising. Paid subscriptions will be offered at $4.99 and $9.99 will include a minimum of 15,000 hours of programs, films, series and other programs.
The Peacock catalogue will contain at the launch, programs such as Monk, the Office, Jurassic Park, E.T , New York Special Unit, etc..
