Yuman was created for maintenance service providers to strengthen communication between the back office and field teams using a highly collaborative tool.

The application allows to plan and organize the interventions (list of interventions to be carried out, availability of technicians, mapping of interventions). From his mobile phone, the technician completes his digital intervention form (articles used, technical commentary, photo, customer signatures and other customizable fields) which is transmitted directly to the manager, without any re-entering required.

The information thus recorded makes it possible to establish on-site or off-site invoicing, which offers a very qualitative service to the customer.

Finally, Yuman also manages preventive maintenance since our CMMS helps you to organize your maintenance plans at the financial and operational level and to generate the associated work orders.
