A commercial management software with a simplified CRM, allowing the total follow-up of a company’s commercial activity.

Parameter setting

Creation of the company file with all the necessary information to establish the commercial documents (logo, company ID number, etc.)), and determination of specific options, such as the prefix to be used for the preparation of invoices, whether or not to print the logo on commercial documents, customization of the message for sending commercial documents by e-mail, advance payment invoice when agreeing a yes/no quote, etc.
Customer and prospect management
On the customer file there is a history of all the actions undertaken with this customer (quotes, orders, invoices, sales follow-up: appointments, phone calls, reports, etc.). Its complete profile with independent management of all contacts at the customer’s premises, i.e. a customer can have an indefinite number of contacts. Customers and prospects are clearly identified and can be managed independently.
Supplier management with the list of products offered
Management of products sold, regardless of origin (service, material, production, etc.), with categorization by product type for statistical purposes. Mention of the cost price or purchase price for commercial margin calculations.
Creation of quotations with the possibility of making several versions
Duplication of the content of a previous quotation to avoid re-entering the details of a quotation. Acceptance or rejection of a quotation, if a quotation is accepted when there are several versions of the quotation, the other versions are deleted, it is possible to transform the quotation directly into an order or to generate an invoice from the accepted quotation.
Creating a purchase order manually or automatically
Since an accepted quotation. The order can have several statuses (for example: open, in delivery, completed) or depend on different configurable steps related to the creation of down payment invoices. Edition of delivery notes if necessary.
Billing management
An invoice can be created manually, from a quotation, an order or the status of an order. Possibility to send the invoice directly by email to a correspondent (same for quotes and orders).
Management of payments received
By date, payment method used, amount received (to manage partial payments).
Account statement to simplify the reminder of unpaid invoices.
Independent expense report module(optional)
Recording of mileage allowances and automatic calculation of reimbursement, tracking by expense type, assignment to a customer and/or product category, printing of the expense report with the possibility of exporting the form to Excel.
Automatic or manual reminder module(optional)
Payment period, current authorized, number of reminders configurable before the litigation, or at the higher stage.
Stock management module
With alert level and issuance of the replenishment order form.
