Colbert is an online software designed to help companies calculate the financial benefits or risks of relocating their business. Developed by the Ministry of Productive Recovery and DGCIS, it is based on an in-depth study of several real cases of relocation. After a quick registration on the software site, users will be asked about 50 questions. In only 30 minutes, the first leads of a possible relocation will be proposed and clearly presented to them.
Colbert 2.0 supports a multitude of different parameters, such as labour costs, the “made in France” image promoted by Arnaud Montebourg himself, but also the desire of companies to move up the range in their sector. At the end of the diagnosis, the software will propose you an appointment with the “relocation” contact person in your region, in order to carry out your project successfully. All responses recorded by Colbert software are stored anonymously on a secure server of the Ministry of Productive Recovery.
