Above all SIMPLE to use, Kafeo is a tool that can be fully configured according to your activity and your needs. It will allow you to manage all your contacts and provide you with complete information on them. Managing the relationship with your contacts is important, it often allows you to develop your business and maintain good relations with them.

In the tool settings, you can define up to eight categories (contact families), in which you can restart your contacts.

By default, Kafeo offers you the categories:- Prospects – Customers – Suppliers – Relationships

But you can redefine these categories and imagine according to your activity, the ones that would suit you best. You are not obliged to define all of them and can come back and change your settings at any time. These categories are important, they will allow you to sort and present the information, and will be the selection criteria for editing reports.

Each Contact form will be linked to one of the categories you have defined.

Always in parameter, and taking into account your activity, you will be able to define’specific zones’ that you would like to see on your contact sheets. You can define up to eight zones, which will allow you to better define your contacts according to your activity and needs.

Whatever the field you work in, you can define these zones, they will then be used to present the information and can even be used as selection criteria to extract your contact database (to make a very targeted emailing for example).

The display of the contact list (or a particular “contact family”) can also be set and you can define the areas to appear when you display the contact list (you can even assign their location – the order in which these areas will be presented). This option allows you to highlight any custom zones you may have defined, you can then sort the list presented according to these zones and display information as close as possible to your needs

You can define the last four types of exchanges according to your specific needs

Managing your customer relationship also means managing your commercial exchanges. With Kafeo you can specify up to eight types of exchanges, by default we offer you: – Telephone – E-mail – Mail – Meeting – etc.

But you are free to redefine these exchanges once again according to your needs / your activity.
