This connected and subscription-based office suite is mainly aimed at companies because it allows employees to work and communicate in real time from anywhere thanks to Cloud Computing technology and its many powerful online administration tools.

It includes the classic Office 2019 suite software such as Word, PowerPoint, Excel and OneNote Web, for creating, storing and editing Office documents online. Outlook Web Apps makes business email also accessible in the cloud and allows you to organize online meetings by sharing all kinds of files.

This technology has the advantage of working with several people on the same document or changing workstations. Creating and publishing a company’s professional website is also part of the functionalities of this office automation suite. Exchange Online and its range of communication tools allows you to manage emails, contacts and calendar.

Sharepoint is the module that brings together all the collaboration tools (sites, file sharing) and Lync Online centralizes the communication tools (instant messaging, conferences). All Office tools and features by Office (2016) are presented here.
